Ajmichalka

AJ Michalka is an American musician, performer, artist and model best known as one half of the musician duo "Aly and AJ. She sings in the duo with her sister Aly Michalka. AJ was was born in Torrance California she was inspired to become a singer through her mom Carrie. AJ spent the bulk of her childhood years at home in Torrance, Seattle, and Milwaukee. They started playing guitar and piano as young children. They were already well versed on the subject when they entered adolescence. AJ was just five years old when she started acting in plays at her church. AJ was also involved with her school's musical performances. AJ began her professional career in acting in 2002 when she was an 11-year-old girl in the TV show "Passions'.
